Minos, a dramatic satire, circa 1780.

Minos, a dramatic satire, is an unpublished play by Francklin set in the Greek afterlife, written circa 1780. The main characters are taken from Greek history or mythology, such as Pythagoras, Mercury, and Charon, and the action is a satire on contemporary English politics. The manuscript is bound, and the board opposite the title page identifies it as "Doctor Francklin's dramatic satire of Minos."
